Using the 12 Steps in the Real World — Mark Broadhead, MD
A workshop on sharing ways one can apply the 12 steps in day-to-day situations for  those with stable recovery as well as for those who are new to sobriety.

A Women’s Retreat:
Restoration and Recovery Through Micro-Steps and ‘The Small’ — Judy McLaughlin-Ryan, LMFT
An opportunity to apply simple systems and daily life practices through experiencing  ‘small moments’ that contribute to daily serenity and a sense of restoration.  Attendees will be invited to engage in talks, discussions, groups, micro writings  (completing and creating a one-day micro-book), micro artistic mediums (including a  watercolor painting of the small), and micro restorative experiences. Excerpts from  literature, research, and the 12 Steps will be discussed. With the interactive sharing of  experiences, the retreat offers systems of practicing the power of the ‘small’ and an  opportunity to deepen moments of connectedness with self and others.
